The Sama Restaurant (which translates to “Reach for the Sky”) has a team of professionals who prepare menus which celebrate the spices of Zanzibar and the finest catches from the Indian Ocean, plus, an interesting collection of mainly African wines that will satisfy any palette.
Besides fresh fish and seafood, the chefs will gladly serve you delicious and tasty meat, poultry and vegetarian dishes. Special dietary menus are available on request.
The Kasha Boutique Hotel’s kitchen team firmly believes in supporting local producers. The supplies of herbs are organic or self grown and the jams and marmalades are made locally.
Romantic moonrise dinners can be organized in your Villa, at the Pool or on Kasha's special dining deck overlooking the sea.
The Nargili Bar offers a large selection of international brands and Kasha's barmen will take the pleasure in mixing your favourite cocktail.
